At Growing Together Therapy, we believe healing and growth are possible at every stage of life. Our practice was created to be a safe and welcoming space where children, teens, and adults can feel seen, understood, and supported.

Our approach with children is rooted in play, giving them a safe and natural way to express themselves, process big feelings, and build confidence.

With teens and adults, we provide a compassionate space for healing and growth, offering talk therapy and EMDR to help process difficult experiences and move forward with clarity.

Across all ages, our work is guided by values of safety, belonging, connection, curiosity, empowerment, and resilience—because every story is unique and worthy of care.
